Onova was invited by The Forum of Workplace Inclusion to lead an invention sprint at the annual 1500-attendee industry conference centred around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We were extremely fortunate to have someone like Heidi Batz as a client. She was highly engaged and excited throughout the planning process and was deeply committed to creating a culture of innovation at this massive event. This ultimately led to a highly successful DEI Invention Sprint. Her team secured Prudential as the sponsor, curated the list of participants and industry judges, placed the Invention Sprint in an open space in the middle of the conference, and ensured that the winning team had a dedicated time slot to pitch their solution on Day 3.
