Earth was born out of our first internal cottage sprint in 2022, inspired by the challenges we faced running large-scale hybrid and virtual hackathons.

Drawing from a decades worth of experience working with global brands such as McDonald's, BMO and HSBC, we set out to solve the pain points we had consistently encountered with fragmented innovation management tools.  

By custom-building and integrating internal web conferencing tools into the platform, we’ve enabled companies to save significantly on costs and licensing fees. Instead of relying on three separate tools, Earth offers one comprehensive solution that does it all — streamlining the hackathon experience for organizers and participants alike.
